Boil the Bairaha whole chicken in stock, add green vegetables with black peppercorn.

Boil the chicken for 30 minutes until it is done and take it off the water.

For the soup, put back the stock to reduce it in the half with the peppercorn and chicken seasoning.

For the dumplings need to mince the chicken breast mixed with eggs, carrot and coriander seasoned with salt & pepper.

Boil them separately and leave them on aside.

Finish the soup by adding all the vegetables and dumplings.
