Bairaha launches Cinnamon Cultivation Project at Pasyala Layer Farm

Bairaha Farms PLC launched its novel cinnamon cultivation project on 26th September 2024 at its Layer Farm, Pasyala. Cinnamon saplings were planted by officials of the Regional Office, Processing Farm and Hatchery who were presented at the occasion.

The company has invested nearly Rs. 2 million for this project while the technical guidance and support was granted by the Department of Export Agriculture. Approximately 18,000 cinnamon saplings is expected to be cultivated over 5 acres of land under this project.
